East River Contracting is hiring a Concrete Site Supervisor to lead commercial concrete work from layout to final finish.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and delivers high-quality work without excuses.

?? What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage crews on commercial concrete projects (footings, foundations, slabs, flatwork)
  • Oversee all phases: site prep, forming, rebar, pouring, finishing, curing
  • Read and execute blueprints, elevations, and concrete specifications accurately
  • Coordinate with operations manager, crew, and subcontractor crews
  • Ensure proper layout, grading, formwork, and prep before pours
  • Monitor placement, finishing quality, and curing processes
  • Keep jobs on schedule and within scope
  • Manage daily site operations including crew direction, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
